The PAN counter weight mount for the MōVI Pro from CineMilled is the key to unlocking new configurations with heavier cameras or payloads. Or mounting upcoming CineMilled accessories like battery plates or other mount for transmitters etc.
Installs easily with 2 allen bolts
By using the PRO MōVI Pro dovetail for example…. you can now mount heavy lenses or matte boxes, heavy focus motors, but as you add weight to the gimbal you might run out of PAN balance adjustment.
What is needed is our weight mount so you can screw in our counterweights and be able to perfectly balance your MōVI Pro.
Add the weight to shorten the length of your pan arm, to give you more clearance so you can hold the gimbal closer to your body.
Use the mount in various locations to mount upcoming CineMilled accessories like battery plates or other mount for transmitters etc.
PRO Dovetail weight system (optional)
As you can see by the “T” shape the rear portion contains a series of 3/8″ threaded holes that allow you to spin-on our threaded weights to counter act heavy lenses/matte box. By doing this you are also adding bottom counter weight to help counter act top heavy camera builds. All that is needed then is the PAN mount so you can properly balance your PAN AXIS or optimize it.
